These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to access to DUNN Capital Management, LLC’s website (the “Website”). This site is presented for information purposes only. It is intended for your personal, noncommercial use. No information or opinions contained in this site constitute a solicitation or offer by DUNN to buy or sell securities or to furnish any investment advice or service. Nor is the information contained in this site an offer to invest in a managed account with DUNN or an offer to invest in the DUNN WMA, LLC, or any other account or commodity pool. Such an offer can only be made pursuant to DUNN’s commodity trading advisor disclosure document or DUNN WMA, LLC’s offering memorandum. Only prospective investors who meet the suitability requirements for a managed account or a fund investment will be permitted to invest.
- If the user is an individual, the user acknowledges that he or she is over the age of majority according to the state in which the user resides.
- The user agrees that the link issued to user is only for the user’s use, and user agrees not to provide the link to any other person or entity, and user has no right to assign user’s right to Website access to any person or entity. User also agrees not to provide access to the Website via a link, electronic transmission, or any other manner to any other person or entity. Further, user agrees not to reproduce, republish, copy, distribute, sell, transmit, transfer, assign or publish in any manner content obtained from the Website.
- To provide users with access to the Website we ask users to provide certain information. Our use of that information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage users to review our Privacy Policy below.
- The user agrees to immediately inform DUNN if there is any change in user’s status as an “Accredited Investor” within the meaning of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933.
- Upon submission of information to verify accredited investor status, the information will be reviewed by DUNN. Typically a user will receive an email with the link within one to two business days, but the approval process could take longer.
- User agrees that DUNN may from time to time change these Terms, and user agrees to such revised Terms without notice after the revised terms have been published on the Website for seven days.
- User acknowledges that DUNN reserves the right to remove User’s access to the Website without notice to User.
- The Portfolio Builder is intended solely for the person to whom it is provided, who has previously represented to DUNN that he or she is an accredited investor. No further distribution of the Portfolio Builder is authorized or permitted.
- The performance presented for DUNN WMA is that of the DUNN WMA program and does not reflect other income or expenses that could apply within a fund.
- An investment in futures is speculative, highly volatile, and involves significant risks, including the risk that an investor may lose some or all of their investment.
